It's Memorial Day weekend over here, which means no work on Monday. In the US, this weekend also marks the official beginning of the pool season and the inauguration of summer outdoor cooking - and that's exactly our plan this weekend : laying by the pool and grilling some good food on the barbecue - the perfect lazy weekend!
